Who we are

Flowdealer OÜ, an Estonian company (registry code 17377861, VAT EE102943735), is the data controller for this site, flowdealer.ai. For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights below, email privacy at flowdealer.ai.

What we collect

Email + opt-in preferences. When you subscribe via one of our forms, we store your email, the form you used, the edition slug, and your opt-in choices (the Flow Playbook invite, future research, and, on the forms that offer it, the Flowdealer loop). If you arrived through a campaign link, we also store its source tags (utm_source / utm_medium / utm_campaign) so we know which outreach reached you. We send a confirmation email and store a timestamp once you confirm. We don't ask for your name, and we don't collect anything else. Why we process it

We process your email on the basis of your consent, given when you subscribe and confirmed by the email you click. Our aggregate, cookieless analytics run on our legitimate interest in understanding how the report is read. You can withdraw consent at any time. See Your rights.

How we process it

  • Plausible Analytics is our analytics processor: cookieless and EU-hosted (Germany).
  • Cloudflare hosts the site and stores subscription records (Cloudflare D1). Edge-side Core Web Vitals only; no device-stored data.
  • Resend sends our confirmation and notification emails, and the emails to our survey list. Delivery is configured to the EU region (Ireland).
  • Tally is our survey tool. It stores the survey responses in Europe.

These providers act as our data processors. Plausible, Tally and our Resend email region are in the EU; Cloudflare and Resend are US-incorporated, so where any personal data is processed outside the EEA we rely on appropriate safeguards (the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses).

How long we keep it

Unconfirmed signups expire after 7 days and are purged within about 30. Confirmed subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe; unsubscribing removes you from the relevant list.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, object to processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email privacy at flowdealer.ai to do any of this. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or your local EU supervisory authority.

Analytics

Our analytics (Plausible) use no cookies, no fingerprinting, no persistent identifiers, no profiles, and no tracking across other sites. The measurement is aggregate and the same for every visitor.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control let you signal that you don't want to be tracked. With or without those signals, we don't track anyone.

Cookies & local storage

This site, flowdealer.ai, sets no cookies, so no cookie banner is required. Apart from the note in the tab's history described below, your browser's storage holds only your own preferences and one performance setting: your color theme, your predict-reveal guesses, whether you have asked us to pause on-screen motion, and a note of how much graphics work your device handled smoothly, so the page does not have to work it out again on every visit. The last one is cleared when you close the tab. These are strictly necessary for the features you use, and exempt under ePrivacy Art 5(3) + UK DUAA 2025 Schedule A1.

From the first page you open, this site also keeps a small note in the browser tab's own history: for each page, how far down you had scrolled and its place among this site's pages since the page last fully loaded, so that Back and Forward return you to where you were. It is never sent to us. It goes when you close the tab, though your browser may bring it back if you reopen the tab or restore your last session. If you duplicate that tab, your browser may copy the note into the new tab.

Dataset license

The Q3 2026 dataset is published under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC-BY-NC 4.0).

Opt-in scope

We email you only what you opted into. The scopes are: (a) your invite to the Flow Playbook, when it is your turn to come in, if you opted in; (b) new research edition announcements, if you opted in; (c) if you signed up on the pre-release page, a single email when the report goes live; (d) the Flowdealer loop (first word when Flowdealer opens, and the things we build and learn along the way), off by default and available any time as a toggle on your preferences page, reachable from the link on your confirmation page. If you left your email in our 2026 survey, your scope is set out under If you took our 2026 survey. Any further mail beyond these scopes requires a fresh opt-in from you; we never solicit one by email. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can leave any list, or all of them, at any time.

If you took our 2026 survey

This part is for people who left their email address at the end of our 2026 survey. Leaving it was optional.

  • What we send. From this list we send the report, new research when we publish it, and news of what we build, including your invites to the Flow Playbook and to what comes after it. News of what we build is included from the start, while on our site's forms it is off until you choose it.
  • Why we email you. You chose to leave your address, and we email you on that consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
  • How to stop. Use the unsubscribe link in any of these emails, or write to privacy at flowdealer.ai. Either way, we stop.
  • What we hold. The address you left. We also note which link brought you to the survey, for example Prolific or a partner's, so we know which outreach reached you.
  • How long. Until you unsubscribe.
  • Who handles it. Tally, our survey tool, stores the survey responses in Europe. Resend sends these emails.
